Regulift

New in 1.0 — live language switch, Apple Fitness look, food in three taps

They log.
We program.

Static programs give everyone the same next week. Regulift reads what you lifted, how you slept and how sore you are, then reprograms the next session: loads, sets, deloads, swaps. iPhone and Apple Watch.

  • No account needed
  • Works offline
  • Import from Strong and Hevy, export CSV
  • English · 日本語 · 한국어

Demo

Check-in, logging, the coach, progress, food — the whole loop.

How it works

Three steps. Then it programs.

Logging a deadlift set by text or voice
1

Log your sets

Tap, type or say it: "deadlift 132.5 x 8 at 8". The Watch logs too.

Checking in: sleep, soreness and energy
2

Check in for 15 seconds

Sleep, soreness, energy. Health fills in sleep and heart data when you allow it.

Today's rebuilt session with adapted loads
3

Your next session is rebuilt

Loads, sets and rest adapt. Deloads arrive before you stall. Every change says why.

Every set

Every set changes the next.

Log weight, reps and RPE — the engine sizes the next set before your rest timer ends.

AI coach

Ask your coach. Get a plan change.

Swap an exercise, pull the deload forward or cover a missed week — your coach reads your log and applies the change in one tap. It remembers what you tell it — a missing cable station, a cranky shoulder.

After every workout

Three lines you can check.

Result, effort, next loads. On the summary and in your history.

On your wrist

Log from the Apple Watch.

Sets, RPE and rest with haptics on the wrist — and heart rate streams into the phone’s rest panel.

Readiness

Fatigue-aware days.

Sleep, soreness and HRV roll into one readiness score that can call a light day or start the deload early.

Today: readiness ring, sessions and sets left this week

Progress

Progress you can read.

Weekly sets, tonnage and e1RM trends show exactly what the engine is reacting to.

Fuel

Log food in three taps.

Tap a meal, tap a food, done. Favourites first, barcode and Open Food Facts search behind it. Calories and protein against targets that follow your training phase.

Food logging: favourites, search and targets

Awards

Badges you actually earned.

Medallions mark the streaks and sessions you put in — not engagement.

Weekly sets per muscle ride between minimum effective and maximum recoverable volume across the mesocycle.

Fatigue score

When fatigue climbs, Regulift calls a lighter day or starts the deload early.

Your training data stays on the device unless you sign in to sync. Health data is read on device and never uploaded. Privacy

Questions, answered.

Is Regulift medical advice?

No. Regulift is a training-programming tool, not a medical device. It never diagnoses or treats. If something hurts or you have a health condition, see a qualified professional.

Do I need an account?

No. Regulift works without one. You only sign in if you want sync across devices and crew features.

What does the coach see?

Your training log, your profile, and the notes you ask it to remember. It never sees your Health data, and on-device answers never leave your phone.

Which devices?

iPhone with iOS 17 or later, plus the Apple Watch app. Apple Intelligence answers need iOS 26 and a supported iPhone.

Does it work offline?

Logging, your plan and your history work offline. The coach service needs a connection unless the on-device model is available.

Can I bring my history?

Yes. Import from Strong and Hevy via CSV, and export your data as CSV any time.

What does it cost?

Free for now.

Pricing

Free during launch. Pro plan later.
