Terms of Service

For the Regulift app. Last updated: launch draft.

1. What Regulift is

Regulift is a training-programming tool with an AI coach. It generates workout programs and adjustments from the data you log. It is information software, not a service obligation: we aim for good answers, but you decide what to lift.

2. Not medical advice

Regulift is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Training carries risk of injury. Consult a qualified professional before starting any program, and stop and seek medical help if something hurts. If a pre-existing condition applies to you, a doctor's clearance comes first.

3. Your account and data

Your training data is stored on your device. You are responsible for it — back up your device. The AI coach requires an internet connection and sends your question and training context to our server as described in the privacy policy.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Regulift is offered as an auto-renewing subscription ($12.99/month or $79.99/year) with a 7-day free trial. Billing, renewal, and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple ID terms. Cancel any time in your App Store account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping, no attempts to overload or reverse the coach endpoints, no reselling access. We may rate-limit or block traffic that harms the service.

6. Service availability

The coach server may be down, change, or be discontinued. On-device training and logging keep working offline. We may add, change, or remove features in updates.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regulift is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries, losses, or outcomes arising from your training decisions. Your use of Regulift is at your own risk.
