How it works

A plate calculator turns a target weight into the plates you stack on each side of the bar. You tell it the bar you are using, the plates you own, and the total you want on the floor. It greedily picks the biggest plates first — 25s before 10s, 10s before 2.5s — until it cannot fit another, then shows exactly what goes on each side and the closest weight your plates can actually build. This matters most on days where the program calls for an odd number. It also keeps you honest: if your plates cannot make 102.5 kg, the calculator shows the nearest loadable option instead of leaving you to guess at the bar.

Regulift does this automatically — every session.

Your program is written in real, loadable plates. Regulift rounds every working weight to your bar and plate set, so you never guess at the rack.
