RPE chart

Reps and RPE as a percentage of your one-rep max.

How to read it

RPE — rate of perceived exertion — rates how hard a set felt, from 6 (light) to 10 (nothing left). The chart pairs reps with RPE to show what percentage of your one-rep max you just moved. A set of 5 at RPE 8, for example, is about 81% of your max. Read the chart two ways: after a set, find your reps and RPE to see the percentage; before a set, pick a target percentage and work back to the reps and RPE you should aim for. The calculator does that arithmetic for you — enter a recent set to estimate your 1RM, then choose a target reps and RPE to see the weight to load. These values are standard estimates; your real numbers drift with fatigue and technique.

Regulift does this automatically — every session.

You rate effort with one tap and Regulift turns it into next week's loads, RPE targets and deload timing.
